Pricing follows the way each client actually uses AppHR World: candidates activate CV visibility by destination, companies buy hiring credits for concrete recruitment actions, and agencies pay for managed candidate capacity plus CV unlock bundles.
All public prices are shown net, before VAT. Private candidate data, contact details, documents, payment history, and operational dossiers stay inside the secure platform.

Candidate pricing
Candidate accounts stay lightweight. The paid action is destination CV activation: one CV for one target country, with private documents protected by consent.
Create a profile, keep reusable documents private, and prepare your work route before you activate destination visibility.
General tariff for each CV and target country, valid for all available destinations.
Company hiring credits
Companies buy hiring credits for concrete recruitment actions: job posting, CV/contact unlocks, selected dossier preparation, and extra hiring steps.
For a first hire or a narrow recruitment test.
For employers planning a small batch of hires.
For higher volume hiring with more dossier preparation included.
Credits can be consumed by CV/contact unlocks, job posts, complete dossier preparation, and extra hiring actions.
If the candidate is self-registered, unlock shows the candidate contact. If the candidate is represented by an export agency, unlock shows the export agency contact.
Agency pricing
Agency pricing separates active managed candidate capacity from low-cost CV unlock bundles, so export agencies and recruitment agencies can scale without overpaying for every view.
For origin/export agencies managing active candidate slots.
For agencies that need more sourcing and employer-side activity.
For high-volume agencies with regular sourcing and placement work.
Purchased separately when an agency needs additional candidate discovery.
Extra active candidate posting can be bought in minimum bundles of 50, with a target cost of 0.20 EUR per active candidate per month and lower rates for larger volume.
When a candidate is marked as placed, the candidate remains in history and statistics but releases the active managed slot.
The public website shows net prices. VAT is calculated at checkout or invoice time according to the billing profile and applicable tax rules.
Public pricing explains the action being purchased. Candidate contact details, CV files, document access, and dossier workflows stay in the secure account area.
