Used credit refund logic
For company hiring credits and agency usage bundles, used actions are deducted from any refundable amount. Used CV unlocks, job posts, dossier preparation work, active candidate capacity, and other consumed usage units are treated as delivered service.
Refund examples depend on the final billing contract and invoice treatment. The operational rule is simple: unused prepaid value can be reviewed, while consumed actions are not reversed after access or work has been delivered.
CV unlocks
Once a company unlocks a CV, that unlock remains active for that company account while the account exists. CV unlocks are not export rights and do not apply to other companies.
Candidate destination CV activation
Candidate destination CV activation is a small visibility fee for one CV and one target country. Refund treatment will be finalized in the legal terms before launch.
Badges and managed verification
Company and agency badge fees are not refunded once requested, even if verification finds issues. The process can continue through issue identification, correction, re-checking, and approval.
